What we collect
- Business owners: name, email, business name, time zone, optional logo, password (hashed).
- Customers booking lessons: name, email, optional phone, optional notes.
- Bookings: service booked, date/time, assigned resources.
- Payment data: when subscribing or paying for a booking, card data goes directly to Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
- Operate the booking system (matching customers to bookings, sending confirmations).
- Process payments through Stripe (subscription + optional booking fees).
- Communicate with you about your account (we don't send marketing email without consent).
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend (when configured) — transactional email delivery.
- We don't sell or rent your data. Period.
Your rights
- Access, export, or delete your data — contact us.
- Delete your account — available from your profile (cascades to your bookings).
