Using GotTime
GotTime is a booking platform for instructors and small studios. By creating an account you agree to use the service for legitimate booking-related purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Subscriptions & payments
- The standard plan is $29 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
- A 30-day free trial is granted on sign-up. No card required during the trial.
- Cancel anytime from your billing portal — you retain access until the end of the billing period.
- When you accept payments at booking through GotTime, a 4% transaction fee applies (all-in; includes payment processing).
Your content
You own your data. We host it on your behalf. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days (backups purge on rolling schedules).
Customer bookings
Bookings are a contract between you and your customer. GotTime facilitates scheduling and payment but is not a party to the underlying service. Refund and cancellation policies are at your discretion as the business.
Liability
GotTime is provided as-is. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
